I stayed at this hotel and found it to have a unique charm, with beautifully decorated and clean rooms. The location was fantastic, right by the Ping River and close to some night markets, although the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The service was not consistent, at times helpful but other times a bit lackluster. Overall, it was a cozy stay, but improvements in dining and service would make it truly special.

I found the dining experience to be mediocre; while there was a mix of local and European food, service was very slow and my dish arrived cold.

8.4/10

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The service from the staff was friendly and attentive, though there were times when they mixed up my orders. I loved the location, being so close to several night markets and just a short walk to Chinatown. Dining was a highlight for me, especially the 'Taiwanese Toast' during the afternoon tea. However, the awkward plug locations in the room made it a bit challenging to use some amenities.

7.4/10

The hotel is a charming oasis reflecting a blend of Chinese, Thai, and Moroccan influences, and the rooms were lovely and clean. I really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, especially the Taiwanese Toast; it was a delightful treat. On the downside, the lack of wardrobe space for my two suitcases was a bit annoying, and the location, while close to some nice cafes and Chinatown, felt slightly away from the main attractions.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were lovely and clean, beautifully decorated with a mix of cultural influences, but I found the wardrobe space to be a bit lacking, especially since I was traveling with two suitcases.
Service
9.0
The staff really tried their best to please guests, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. They were attentive and offered a complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice touch.
Location

The hotel is surrounded by nice cafes and is a short walk to Chinatown and the night bazaar, but it’s not very centralized for exploring other parts of the town.
Dining

The dining experience was a bit hit or miss. While I did enjoy the local and European selections, some dishes took too long to be served, and my eggs arrived cold at one point.
Facilities

The hotel had a variety of nice facilities, including things like a pool and afternoon tea, but I didn't get to use everything during my stay.
